What makes an orchestra? Come on an orchestral adventure with a special Sprite who will teach students about each of the instrument families that make up an orchestra. Featuring a Grammy-award winning soundtrack played by the Minnesota Orchestra, Philharmonia Fantastique: The Making of the Orchestra is a 25-minute multi-media concerto that explores the connections between music, sound, performance, creativity and technology. This concert curriculum will focus on getting to know the instrument families of the symphony orchestra and explore how they all come together to make one big, beautiful sound.
